Lester wins Tony Conigliaro award
BOSTON (Reuters) - Cancer survivor Jon Lester capped a fairytale season with the Boston Red Sox by winning the Tony Conigliaro Award on Wednesday for overcoming adversity through “spirit, determination and courage”.
