Serbs to say “No” to EU over Kosovo independence
BELGRADE (Reuters) - Serb parliamentarians of all major parties lined up on Wednesday behind a resolution implicitly rejecting membership of the European Union and NATO if the West recognizes the independence of Kosovo.
