Cleveland guard Gibson sidelined with shoulder injury
NEW YORK (Reuters) - The Cleveland Cavaliers will be without guard Daniel Gibson in Friday’s Game Six showdown against the visiting Boston Celtics due to a separated shoulder, the team said on its Web site (www.nba.com/cavaliers).
