Tower Group, CastlePoint to buy Hermitage for $135 million
(Reuters) - Reinsurer CastlePoint Holdings Ltd , which recently agreed to be acquired by Tower Group Inc , said its unit will buy Hermitage Insurance Group Inc for about $135 million in cash.
